Joe’s Shanghai does have amazing soup dumplings (life-changing, even).
Agreed. Joe’s Shanghai is simply delicious.
I love this place. Whenever I visit, it’s a must on my to do list.
I recommend it to everyone that goes to NYC to visit those dumplings are sooo good!
